Welcome to Bedtime Story AI (“the App”), developed and operated by Hong Studio (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“the Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
If the App is used by a child, the parent or legal guardian must review and approve these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The App is designed for children with parental guidance. Actions involving payments must be performed by adults.
1. Some versions of the App may not require an account. If an account system is introduced in the future, you will be notified.
2. If login is available, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for misuse caused by your failure to protect this information.

2. Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms. We do not collect full payment card details.
3. If a free trial is offered (e.g., 3-day free trial), the subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel through the App Store / Google Play settings before the trial ends.
4. Refund requests must be handled by the platform where the purchase was made. We may not directly issue refunds.
By using the App, you agree:
1. The App’s software, design, graphics, story models, audio, and other assets belong to us or our licensors.
2. Story text or audio generated by the App may be used (after anonymization) to improve our AI models and services.
3. You may not use App content for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for issues caused by device limitations, network failures, or third-party outages.
3. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid during the billing cycle in which the issue occurred.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and process personal data. If there is inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy prevails.
Children must use the App under parental supervision. Guardians are responsible for monitoring usage and managing consent.
1. We may update these Terms due to legal, technical, or service changes. Significant updates will be announced inside the App.
2. If you continue using the App after updates, you accept the new Terms.
3. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your region or our operating jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, either party may bring the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
